We bring a complete professional headshot studio to your event. Attendees simply stop by the station, get photographed, and receive their images according to the delivery option selected for your event.

Event pricing starts at $1,299 per event day (3 hours of coverage). Final pricing depends on the number of people being photographed, event duration, number of final images, and whether professional retouching is requested.

With instant delivery, attendees can receive their images directly on their phones shortly after being photographed. For retouched delivery, within 2-3 business days is the typical timeline.

That's okay. We can build your package around an estimated number of attendees and adjust the final image count based on your event's needs.

Retouching is optional. Our instant delivery option is designed for speed and does not include retouching. Professional retouching can be added to your event package for $10/image.

Yes. Your package can be customized based on the number of final images you need per person. The starting package of $1299 includes 1 image per guest.

We offer classic professional backdrops including white, light gray, dark gray, and black. Custom backdrop colors are also available.

Yes. Digital backgrounds can create a completely different look, including professional offices, outdoor environments, branded settings, or other custom concepts. We can even match your company’s branding!
