Usually nothing! Most schools choose our parent-pay option, where families order online after picture day — simple, secure, and no money handled by the school. This works when parents are excited and engaged about picture day!
If a program prefers to include photos as part of tuition or activity fees, we can also offer a school-covered option. Either way, there’s no up-front fee — just a clear plan that keeps picture day easy for staff and enjoyable for families.

Just a class list and parent email addresses — that’s it! I handle all scheduling, setup, communication, photography, and online delivery.

All teachers need to do is bring their class to the photo area at their scheduled time. I handle setup, check-in, and photography — no paper forms or disruptions.

Portraits take about two minutes or less per student — most classes are finished in 20–25 minutes.

All portraits are taken by me, Anna Sudberry — a university-trained professional photographer and member of the Professional Photographers of America. I don’t use untrained or temporary staff. Best of all, I’m a former teacher AND a mom of two, so I know how to get even the grumpiest of toddlers (or teens!) to smile.
